Service terms and conditions

1. Refunds

1.1 No refunds are issued under any circumstance or within any timeframe. The deposit is never refundable.

1.2 Although the deposit is non-refundable, the experience can always be rescheduled under the established conditions or in exceptional cases.

1.3 If bad weather prevents safe navigation, rescheduling is allowed at no additional cost.

2. Date or holder changes

2.1 Must be requested at least 15 days in advance, subject to availability and current policies.

3. Deposit and payment

3.1 A 50% deposit is required to secure and confirm the date.

3.2 Remaining payment:

• The remaining balance is paid only in cash or by bank transfer; card is not accepted for the balance.

• It may be settled when boarding, before departure.

4. Liability for damages

4.1 Clients are responsible for any damage caused during use of the vessel or its accessories.

4.2 Crew instructions must be followed at all times.

5. Schedule and punctuality

5.1 There is a maximum tolerance of 15 minutes.

5.2 Arriving 30 minutes before departure is recommended.

6. Loss of personal belongings

6.1 Yatezzitos is not responsible for lost or misplaced items during the trip, or any other personal belongings.

Additional charges in Huatulco

These charges are collected by local marinas and authorities and are unrelated to Yatezzitos. Here you'll only see the ones that apply in Huatulco.

Crew gratuity
Gratuity is not included on any trip. We recommend between 5% and 10% of the yacht cost as recognition for our captains and sailors who give their best for your experience.
Marina parking
The parking fee is not included and varies by marina. Check the cost directly at the marina or with your advisor.
Protected beach access
Some beaches such as Sloop and Holy Spirit charge an access fee managed by environmental authorities, unrelated to Yatezzitos.
Dock tax
The dock tax is set by each marina and is unrelated to Yatezzitos. It is paid only in cash (Mexican pesos) directly at the marina before the trip begins.
Dock tax — Huatulco
No marina in Huatulco charges a dock tax.
