We collect information that allows us to offer you our yacht charter services efficiently. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Identification and contact details: name, email address, phone number, mailing address.
- Financial and billing information: credit card information, banking details, and tax ID for payment processing and billing.
- Personal preferences: information about travel preferences, special needs during the charter, and any other details that allow us to personalize your experience.
We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as racial origin, health status, religious beliefs, or sexual preferences). If a particular experience were to require processing data of this nature, we would request it separately and with your explicit consent.
03 Purposes of processing
Primary purposes (required for the service)
We process your data to manage your quote and reservation, provide and coordinate the contracted charter service, process payments and issue invoices, handle your requests and follow up afterward, and to implement security measures and fraud prevention that protect our customers and services.
Secondary purposes (non-essential)
Additionally, and only if you do not express your objection, we use your information to:
- Marketing and promotions: inform you about special offers, new services and promotions that we believe will be of interest to you.
- Improvement of our services: analyze how our services are used in order to introduce improvements and new features.
If you do not wish your data to be used for secondary purposes, you may express this at any time by sending an email to ayuda@yatezzitos.com with the subject line «I do not wish secondary purposes». Your refusal will not be a reason to deny you the services you request.
04 Consent
Your consent to the processing of your personal data is granted explicitly by accepting this Privacy Notice. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time; however, doing so may affect our ability to provide you with certain services.
06 Data transfer
We do not transfer or share your personal data with third parties, except where strictly necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, or to process payments and issue invoices through providers acting on our behalf and bound by confidentiality. Your information will be used exclusively for the purposes described and will not be disclosed to partners, suppliers, or third parties for commercial purposes without your explicit consent. We are committed to ensuring the security and confidentiality of your data at all times, maintaining it under the same levels of protection we apply internally.
07 Your ARCO rights and how to exercise them
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for, and the terms under which it is used (Access); to request correction of your information when it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (Correction); to have it removed from our records when you believe it is no longer being used appropriately (Cancellation); and to object to the use of your data for specific purposes (Opposition).
How to exercise them?
Send your request to the email ayuda@yatezzitos.com. In order to process it, your request must include:
- Full name of the account holder and a contact method to send you a response (email or mailing address).
- A document proving your identity (or legal representation, if applicable).
- A clear and precise description of the data you wish to exercise your rights over, and the specific right you want to exercise.
- Any element that makes your personal information easier to locate.
We will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days; if applicable, it will take effect within the 15 business days following. Exercising these rights is free of charge; you will only need to cover, where applicable, justified shipping or reproduction costs.
08 Withdrawal of consent
You may revoke the consent you have granted us for the processing of your data at any time, as well as limit its use or disclosure, by following the same procedure described for ARCO rights. Please note that, for legal reasons or due to the nature of the service, in some cases revocation may not be immediate or may not be fully honored.
09 Security measures
We implement physical, technical, and administrative security measures to protect your personal data. These measures are designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction of your information.
10 Data protection authority
If you believe your right to personal data protection has been violated, you have the right to appear before the competent data protection authority in Mexico to file the corresponding complaint or report.
11 Changes to the Privacy Policy
Yatezzitos México® reserves the right to modify this Privacy Notice to adapt to legislative changes, case law developments, internal policies, or new requirements for the provision or offering of our services. These modifications will be made available through our usual communication channels, and the version in force will be the one published on this page.
