What is the process for booking a yacht?

Select your favorite destination in yatezzitos.com, choose the vessel of your choice and click "Request a Quote". Fill out the form with your date, trip type, and schedule. Our team will send you a detailed quote within 48 hours. Once accepted, secure your reservation with a 50% deposit.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept bank transfers and cash with no additional commissions. Also accepted: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT) with an additional 5% fee.

Is a deposit or advance payment required to hold the date?

Yes, a valid ID is required advance payment of 50% of the total cost to lock in the date and time on the selected vessel.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking in advance more than 30 days in advance, especially during peak season. However, we sometimes have immediate availability; check with our advisors.

Is there a minimum number of hours for rental?

Yes, it varies by destination:

  • The Capes: From 2 hours
  • Mazatlán and Playa del Carmen: From 3 hours
  • Vallarta and Cancún: From 4 hours
  • Acapulco: From 5 hours
  • Ixtapa and Huatulco: From 7 hours
  • Peace: From 8 hours
What do all-inclusive packages include?

Included drinks bar, snacks, ice, water, sodas, snorkel gear and floats. Some premium yachts also offer a Private Chef on Board and mixology service for an additional cost.

Can I extend my adventure by booking more hours once on board?

Yes! Subject to vessel and crew availability, you can request a hour extension directly to the captain.

Changes & cancellations

What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?

We do not offer refunds for cancellations with less than 30 days in advance. If you cancel in time, it is possible to "freeze" the deposit for a future trip.

¿What happens if there is bad weather or mechanical failure?

If placed red flag or there is a mechanical failure, we will offer you the full refund of your deposit or the option to reschedule.

Can I change the date or destination of my reservation?

Yes, with at least 15 days in advance, subject to availability. Contact us to reschedule.

What happens if I receive poor service?

Contact us at the following 48 hours. Our team will evaluate your case and find the best solution.

¿Can I freeze my deposit for a future date?

Yes, if you cancel with more than 30 days in advance, your deposit can be held for up to 6 months.

What happens if the vessel is accidentally damaged?

All our vessels are equipped with damage insurance. Damages caused by negligence are the responsibility of the renter.

¿How are medical emergencies handled on board?

All vessels are equipped with first aid kit and VHF radios. The captain is trained to coordinate with rescue services.

Security & insurance

Are life jackets required for everyone?

Yes, all vessels are equipped with certified life jacketsIf you’re traveling with children, let us know for the right size.

Are the vessels covered by damage insurance?

Yes, all of them have valid insurance, first-aid kit and certified communication equipment.

Can I contract the service if I am a minor?

No, the contract must be signed by a adult over 18 years old. Minors may board when accompanied by an adult.

¿Are there restricted navigation areas?

Yes, there are restrictions to protect the ecosystem. Your captain will comply with all regulations of the Marina de México.

¿Is smoking allowed on board?

Yes, but outdoor areas only. Illicit substances are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for cancellation without refund.

¿What cleaning and sanitation protocols are followed?

Each vessel is professionally sanitized before and after each trip.

¿Are tips left for the crew?

We recommend between a 5% and 10% of the total rental in Mexican cash.

Boats & services

How many people can come on board?

Since 6 people on boats up to more than 40 guests on mega-yachts and catamarans.

Can I bring my own food and drinks on board?

Yes! Most vessels include cooler, ice, and water/sodas. We also offer premium packages.

¿Do yachts include a crew?

Yes, all charters include a Captain & Sailor trained.

What water sports equipment is provided?

We offer snorkel gear, aqua mats, kayaks, paddle boards and fishing equipment depending on the yacht.

¿Can I host a private event on board?

Of course! Perfect for weddings, birthdays, bachelorette parties, and corporate events.

¿Are catering or on-board chef options available?

In select destinations we offer Private Chef on Board and mixology bar at an additional cost.

Is there a dress code?

Beach attire, sunscreen mandatory, towels and seasickness tablets if you’re a first-timer.
