01 Acceptance of terms

By using the services offered by Yatezzitos Mexico, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

02 Services offered

We offer yacht charter services, including but not limited to luxury yachts, sailboats and catamarans. Each reservation is subject to availability and the specific conditions of the selected service.

03 Bookings and payments

To confirm your booking a deposit is required advance payment of 50% of the service value. Prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and may vary depending on the destination, vessel, duration, and season. The reservation is confirmed once the deposit is received and availability is confirmed in writing.

04 Cancellation and refund policy

The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Instead of a refund, we offer date changes subject to the following policy:

• Date changes and cancellations must be requested at least 14 days in advance regarding the reserved date.
• Date changes have no expiration limit: you can reschedule your activity to any future date —any year, month, or day— subject to vessel availability.
• If the request is made with less than 14 days in advance, it will not be possible to change the date and the deposit will be forfeited.

05 Client responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

• Take care of the boat and avoid damage.
• Arrive punctually at the rental start time.
• Comply with established safety standards.
• Ensure that all guests comply with the ship's policies.

06 Limitation of liability

Services are provided with the utmost care and professionalism. To the extent permitted by law, Yatezzitos Mexico will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the service, nor for incidents caused by the client or their guests failing to follow safety regulations or crew instructions. The client is responsible for any damage he or she or their guests cause to the vessel during the rental.

07 Force majeure and unforeseen events

We shall not be liable for non-performance or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather conditions, restrictions imposed by port or maritime authorities, mechanical failures, natural disasters, or other acts of God or force majeure events. In such cases, we will reschedule your service for a new date, in accordance with our date-change policy (the deposit is non-refundable).

08 Personal data protection

In Yatezzitos Mexico we are committed to protecting your privacy. The data collected is used exclusively to improve and evaluate our services. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

09 Use of website content

The content of our website is the property of Yatezzitos Mexico and is protected by copyright law. Use of our content without authorization is strictly prohibited.

10 Third-party links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

11 Legal age

By accepting these terms and conditions, you confirm that you have at least 18 years old and that you have the legal authority to accept them in your jurisdiction.

12 Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For their interpretation and fulfillment, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Mazatlán, Sinaloa, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their current or future domicile.

13 Updates and changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website, and the version in force will be the one published on this page.
