3. Client Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

  • Take care of the boat and avoid damage.
  • Arrive punctually at the rental start time.
  • Comply with established safety standards.
  • Ensure that all guests comply with the ship's policies.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the reservation.
  • The advance payment is refundable only in case of adverse weather conditions or mechanical failure of the vessel.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance to be eligible for a date change.

5. Protection of Personal Data

Services:
  • We offer rental services for yachts, sailboats, trimarans, catamarans and other maritime vessels.
  • We offer boat management services.
  • We offer boat buying and selling services.
  • We offer tourism marketing services for rental companies, tours and hotels.
  • We handle nautical services and experiences for events of any kind in Mexico.
Reservations and cancellations:
  • A down payment of 30% to 50% is required to reserve a boat.
  • The advance is only refundable in the event of adverse weather conditions, failure or breakdown of the vessel, natural catastrophes or pandemics.
  • No refunds for cancellations, but date changes can be made at least 14 days in advance.
  • In case of cancellation, you can leave the date open to use the advance at another time.
Deposit and Refund:
  • A minimum advance notice of 24 hours is required to make a reservation.
  • No refunds are made for cancellations once payment is made.
  • If you make the payment in cash you must send the receipt.
Client Responsibilities:
  • The client is responsible for any type of loss occurred during the trip on the boat.
  • The client agrees to arrive early for his trip.
  • The client is responsible for any damage to the boat by him or his guests.
  • The client is responsible for any damage or loss to the vehicles of him or his guests.
Age and license requirements:
  • Clients must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
  • A type A license is required to rent the yacht without a skipper.
  • It is forbidden to bring alcoholic beverages without official identification.
  • The use of drugs and narcotics is prohibited.
  • We are not responsible for any type of accident that may arise during the rental.
Security and Navigation Policies:
  • Our company acts under the orders of the port captaincy of each city.
  • If the weather conditions are unsuitable we can cancel at any time. 
  • If the mechanical conditions are inadequate we can cancel at any time.
  • The intervention of the Mexican navy can be presented at any time to guarantee the safety of our trips.
Privacy and protection of personal data:
  • All the data that is collected will be used solely to improve and evaluate the service of our company.
