Services Offered<\/h2><p>We offer yacht charter services, including but not limited to luxury yachts, sailboats and catamarans. Each reservation is subject to availability and the specific conditions of the selected service.<\/p><h2>3. Client Responsibilities<\/h2><p>As a customer, you are responsible for:<\/p><ul><li>Take care of the boat and avoid damage.<\/li><li>Arrive punctually at the rental start time.<\/li><li>Comply with established safety standards.<\/li><li>Ensure that all guests comply with the ship&#039;s policies.<\/li><\/ul><h2>4. Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/h2><ul><li>A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the reservation.<\/li><li>The advance payment is refundable only in case of adverse weather conditions or mechanical failure of the vessel.<\/li><li>Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance to be eligible for a date change.<\/li><\/ul><h2>5.
